Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250 gm Cottage cheese (paneer)
  2. 1 cup Onion paste
  3. 1/2 cup Water (as per need consistency)
  4. 1/2 cup Mawa ( khoya, evaporated milk solids)
  5. 2 tbsp Fresh malali/ cream
  6. 1 tsp Kitchen king masala
  7. 2 tsp Coarsely grind coriander
  8. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tsp Kashmiri lal mirch
  10. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  11. 1 tsp Salt
  12. 1/2 cup Boiled peas
  13. 1 cup Tomato paste
  14. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  15. 2 tbsp Oil/ Ghee
  16. 2 pinch of orange red colour

Instructions

  1. Take a heavy pan, heat oil and add onion, ginger and garlic paste. Cook till its become light pink.
  2. Now add mawa and cook till its become light brown and leave the oil.
  3. Now add tomato paste , spices and 1/4 cup water .mix it well. cook till its leave the oil. Now add fresh cream , boil peas or malai and 1/4 cup water. Cover it and cook for 5 -6 min on low flame. .
  4. Cut paneer with help of star shape biscuits cutter or cube shape. Grate the remaining paneer.
  5. Now add grated paneer and 1/2 cut pieces. Add orange red colour. Mix it well.
  6. Now take out mawa mattar paneer in serving bowl. Garnish with remaining paneer cutting and green coriander.
