Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cups grated bottle guard
  2. 1 cup gram flour
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/8 tsp hing
  5. 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  6. 1/2 tbsp chili powder
  7. Chopped coriander leaves - 3 tbsp
  8. Chopped green chilly -1 to 2
  9. Mustard oil for deep frying

Instructions

  1. Add a little salt to the bottle guard and keep it aside for 15 min. Squeeze it to remove water.
  2. In a mixing bowl , add bottle gourd , salt chilly powder,hing garam masala, coriander leaves, green chilly and gram flour. Mix well
  3. Divide dough in equal balls
  4. Heat oil in a pan
  5. Fry Kofta until golden brown
  6. Serve hot with ketchup or sauce or green chutney
