ABOUT Thai Green Prawn Curry RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Thai Green Curry Paste 2 tbsp
  2. Coconut Thick Milk 1 cup
  3. Prawns 250 grams
  4. Basil Leaves 7 to 8
  5. Oil 2 tsp
  6. Fish Sauce 1 tsp
  7. Sugar to taste
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Lime Juice 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add red curry paste and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add prawns and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
  3. Add thick coconut milk, salt and sugar to taste. Add Basil leaves.
  4. Add fish sauce and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on low flame till you get a boil. Switch off. Add lemon juice to curry and mix well. Serve hot
