Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Plain flour 2 cups
  2. Spinach and 2 green chili Puree - 1 cup
  3. salt 3/4 tsp
  4. Sugar 1 tsp
  5. Oil 2 tbsp
  6. Water as required to knead the dough
  7. Oil for drizzling


  1. In a mixing bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, oil and crumble well
  2. Add spinach puree and water . Knead to form smooth and soft dough . Cover it and rest this dough for 30 mins
  3. Take large size ball from the dough roll and roll on dusted flour surface, grease with oil and sprinkle flour
  4. Now cut thin slices with pizza cutter and then fold all these thin strings and roll like Swiss roll
  5. Secure the end by pressing down gently
  6. Start rolling roll to medium thin circle
  7. Place rolled paratha on hot tawa and cook on both side, drizzle some oil on top
  8. Crush the paratha to form layers . Serve hot
