Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 250 gm chicken breast( cut into cubes)
  2. 6-7 garlic cloves( chopped)
  3. 2 inch ginger juliened
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/8 tsp pepper powder
  6. Oil 2 tsp
  7. 1 sliced onion (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick pan, add oil then add chopped garlic saute it for 10 secs
  2. Add ginger and saute until aromatic. Add in chicken and saute until it turns white in color
  3. Add salt, pepper powder and 100 ml water. Cover and cook on low flame for about 20 minutes.
  4. Garnish with onions (optional) . Serve hot
