Ingredients to make Veg Pasta Soup

  • 2 cups m\Mix vegetable/frozen or fresh
  • 1 onion,chopped
  • 3-4 garlic cloves,chopped
  • 2 tomatoes,diced
  • 1/2 cup hole wheat rotini pasta,uncooked
  • 1 can Garbanzo beans drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika/red chilly flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppercorn,crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

How to make Veg Pasta Soup

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic and onion.Cook for 2 minutes Add all ingredients except pasta.Cook for 10 minutes or until vegetables are done.
  2. Add rotini and cook for 8-10 minutes more .Season with salt and pepper if desired.
