Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Ground fresh coriander leaves- 1 cup
  2. Boiled potatoes - 5
  3. Green chilies - 5
  4. Salt to taste
  5. chat masala to taste
  6. Curd 1/2 cup
  7. Lemon 2 tbsp
  8. 1 tsp red chili powder

Instructions

  1. GRIND 1 CUP FRESH CORIANDER and 4-5 GREEN CHILIES TO FORM SMOOTH PASTE
  2. MASH BOILED POTATOES AND ADD RED CHILI AND SALT
  3. ADD 2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  4. ADD GROUND PASTE AND CURD, MIX WELL
