This is a very different and tasty pakoda

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Palak leaves 4
  2. Potatoes 2 boiled and mashed
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger and green chili paste 1/2 tsp
  6. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  7. Gram flour 3 -4 tsp
  8. Ghee for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add potatoes, ginger and green chili paste, salt, red chili powder, gram masala mix it well.
  2. In another bowl, add gram flour,water, little pinch of salt and red chili powder and mix it well.
  3. Take a spinach leaf, apply potatoes paste and roll it.Dip Spinach roll in the gram flour paste and deep fry until golden brown
  4. Allow excess oil to be absorbed by absorbent towel. Serve hot
