1 cup Gram flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1 cup arai Keerai leaves
1 big onion finely chopped
Finely chopped green chilies 3
3/4 cup grated carrot and cabbages
salt to taste
water as required

Instructions

In a bowl, add all ingredients and mix well. Add water little by little to form thick batter
Heat oil in a pan. Pour spoonful of batter and deep fry until golden brown
Allow excess oil to be absorbed by absorbent towel. Serve hot with sauce
