Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Beaten Eggs-5
  2. Spinach-1.5 cup chopped
  3. Onion-1
  4. Tomato-1
  5. Coriander-1/2cup
  6. Garlic-5-6
  7. Green chili-4-5
  8. 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese-grated
  9. Salt-according to taste
  10. Black pepper-1/4 teaspoon
  11. Garam masala-1/4 teaspoon
  12. Oil -1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Chop all veggies and add to eggs in a bowl and whisk well
  2. Now add salt ,Garam masala & black pepper. Mix well
  3. Heat oil on tawa ,pour batter on tawa and spread evenly
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes . Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Cook for 2-3 minutes
  5. Flip and cook. Serve hot with ketchup
