ABOUT Palak Paratha RECIPE

The goodness of paalak(spinach) in parathas which is loved by all specially the little ones who dont like to eat spinach.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spinach - 1 kg
  2. Wheat flour - 1 cup
  3. Water as required
  4. Oil or ghee to drizzle

Instructions

  1. Boil the spinach leaves in a pressure cooker.
  2. Allow to cool and blend it in a grinder to make a fine puree.
  3. Add palak puree, water to wheat flour and knead smooth dough
  4. Divide dough in equal portions and roll into parathas
  5. Heat tawa, cook paratha over medium heat on both sides. Drizzle oil/ghee on paratha
  6. Serve hot with favorite curry and lassi.
