Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Semolina 1/2 cup
  2. Warm water 1/2 cup
  3. 5 Spinach leaves chopped
  4. 1 Potato boiled and mashed
  5. 2 Green chilies chopped
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Ghee/Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add semolina and warm water mix it well . Keep it aside for 4 minutes.
  2. Add spinach leaves, potato, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well.
  3. Grease your palms and make log of desired length from the dough
  4. Fry in batches until golden brown, allow excess oil to be absorbed by kitchen towel
  5. Serve or store in air tight container
