Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mutton 500 gms
  2. Onions 4 chopped
  3. 3 green chilies chopped finely
  4. 10 to 12 cloves garlic chopped finely
  5. 3 tomato chopped finely
  6. Anardana powder 2 tsp
  7. Yogurt 100 gm
  8. 1 tsp haldi
  9. 1 tsp chili powder
  10. 1 tsp pepper powder
  11. Bay leaf 1
  12. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  13. Garam masala powder 1tsp
  14. Coriander powder 1tsp
  15. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a cooker heat oil. Add bay leaf and cumin seeds. Once cumin seeds crackle add mutton and roast until it changes color
  2. Add onion, garlic, green chilies and tomatoes. Mix well.
  3. Add spice powders and salt. Mix well.
  4. Close cooker lid without adding water. Cook for 5 to 7 whistles.
  5. Once steam is released, transfer the mutton mix to kadhai and cook on a medium flame. Add anardana and curd. Mix well.
  6. Cook for 20 to 25 min, till the oil separates.
  7. Serve hot.

I am glad that the blog is talking about the Asia’s finest dish Mutton Kadai. I have got evaluation essay sample before writing my essay on this topic. I am literally fond of eating mutton but Mutton Kadai has an extra level of scrumptiousness, therefore, I love to eat it.
