Hara Bhara Kebabs

Ingredients to make Hara Bhara Kebabs

  • spinach 1/2 kgs
  • Fresh green peas 1 cup
  • French beans chopped 1 cup
  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Grated paneer 100 gms
  • salt 1.5 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  • Chat masala powder 1 tsp

How to make Hara Bhara Kebabs

  1. Boil spinach, peas, and green French beans separately . Drain excess water and grind together to form green puree.
  2. Add mashed potatoes and paneer to puree and mix
  3. Add all the masalas and mix well
  4. Divide the kebab mixture into 8 equal parts. Roll and shape like a round kebab.
  5. Shallow fry kebabs until golden brown
  6. Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
