Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Thinly sliced Onions 1/4 cup
  2. Medium sized paneer pieces 1 cup
  3. Chopped spinach 1 cup
  4. Chopped Ginger 1/2 tablespoon
  5. Gram flour 1 cup
  6. Salt as required
  7. 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  8. Oil 1 tablespoon
  9. Rice flour 1 tablespoon
  10. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  11. Green chilies long sliced 6-7
  12. Curry leaves Finely chopped 1 teaspoon
  13. Oil for Deep frying
  14. Water 1 tablespoon -optional

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add Onions, paneer, spinach, chilies, ginger, cumin seeds, salt, turmeric, mix well .Keep it aside for 10 mins
  2. Add gram flour, rice flour and add 1 tbsp hot oil and mix well. Add little water if required
  3. Drop small portions of the mixture in the hot oil
  4. Fry on a medium heat until golden brown and crunchy . Serve hot
