Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Whole moong 1 cup
  2. Rice flour 1/4 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Water as required
  5. Refined oil to drizzle

Instructions

  1. Soak moong overnight. Drain excess water
  2. Grind dal to a smooth paste
  3. Add rice flour and salt. Mix well
  4. Add water as required to form dosa batter
  5. Pour laddle of batter on hot tawa and spread evenly. Drizzle oil on edges
  6. Flip and cook on both sides. Serve hot

Can I use butter in the place of refined oil?
