ABOUT Coriander Peanut Chutney RECIPE

This Coriander peanut chutney made in North Indian way.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 150 g Roasted peanuts
  2. 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  3. 4 green chilies
  4. 4 garlic cloves
  5. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  6. 1 tbsp grated fresh or dry coconut
  7. 1 tsp sugar
  8. 1 tsp lemon juice
  9. Salt to taste
  10. For tempering...
  11. 2 tsp oil
  12. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  13. 1 green chili

Instructions

  1. Grind all ingredients with 1/2 cup water to form smooth chutney
  2. Heat 2 tsp oil in a small pan ,splutter mustard seeds
  3. Add green chili and saute for a few seconds.Pour the tempering over the chutney.
  4. Serve with dosa, idli, chilla or uttpam.
