ABOUT Palak Paratha RECIPE

Healthy version of normal Parantha.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 bunch spinach
  2. 2 green chilies
  3. 4 cup wheat flour
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. 1/4 tsp carom seeds.

Instructions

  1. Blanch the spinach. Grind with green chilies to form smooth puree
  2. Knead smooth dough with wheat flour, salt, carom seeds and spinach puree
  3. Rest for 10 minutes
  4. Roll into paratha. Place on hot tawa. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Drizzle little oil/ghee over edges
  5. Serve hot with butter or curd.
