ABOUT Beetroot Ice Cream Soda RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup beetroot juice
  2. Sprite 600 ml
  3. Black salt 1 teaspoon
  4. Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Vanilla ice cream 2 scoops

Instructions

  1. Mix black salt and chaat masala
  2. Add required ice cubes in 4 tall glasses
  3. Pour 1/3 beetroot juice in each glass
  4. Pour 1/3 Sprite on top. Add ice-cream scoop on top
  5. Pour a little more Sprite on top. Serve cold
