Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Radish leaves - finely chopped 1 bowl
  2. Grated coconut 1 tbsp
  3. Green chilies 2
  4. Jaggery 1 tsp
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  7. Urad dal 1 tbsp
  8. Channa dal 1 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4 tbsp
  10. Asafoetida a pinch
  11. Refined oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a pan, Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds. Add urad dal , chana dal and turmeric powder. Saute until golden brown
  2. Add chopped green chilies and hing. Mix well.Now add finely chopped radish leaves. Add sufficient water to cook .
  3. When the leaves are partially cooked, add jaggery and salt. Mix well. Cover and cook until done
  4. Add grated coconut on top and mix well
  5. Serve hot
