Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1/2 Cup of frozen mixed berries (Mix of Black berries, Black Currants, Red Currants and Strawberries)
  2. 3/4 th of a Banana (i used Philippines Variety)
  3. 1 Cup Chilled Milk

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients in a blender and blend it well.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve Immediately.
