Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cottage cheese / paneer cubed - 200 gms
  2. Hung curd - 1 cup
  3. Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Carom seeds - 1/8 tsp
  7. Capsicum - 1 cubed
  8. Onion - 1 cubed
  9. Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  10. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  11. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  12. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  13. Chat masala - 1 tsp
  14. Oil - 2 tbsp
  15. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add all ingredients except oil and chat masala and mix well
  2. Add paneer, capsicum and onion. Marinate well
  3. Keep it aside for 1 hour
  4. Heat oil in a non stick pan/Grill pan.
  5. Place paneer and veggies on pan
  6. Cook on both sides until crisp and golden brown
  7. Serve hot
