Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach 1 bunch
  2. Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Wheat flour 1 cup
  5. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Blanch spinach and grind to smooth puree
  2. Add ginger garlic and salt to puree and mix well
  3. Knead firm dough of wheat flour and spinach puree
  4. Divide dough into equal portions. Roll out into puris
  5. Deep fry until golden brown. Drain excess oil and serve hot
