Mini Methi Thepla

Ingredients to make Mini Methi Thepla

  • fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup
  • wheat flour – 1 1/2 cups
  • oil – 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies – 1
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  • salt – to taste
  • For Garnish :
  • Chopped spring onion 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Sev 1 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander 3 tbsp
  • curd 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Mini Methi Thepla

  1. In mixing bowl ,add flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek leaves, green chili,salt,1 tsp oil and water as required to knead a dough
  2. Divide into equal size balls and roll them to make mini theplas
  3. Place the mini thepla on hot tava and cook on both the sides. Apply oil on each side and cook until golden brown
  4. Transfer onto a serving plate, top with curd, sev, spring onion,sprinkle red chili powder and salt and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve hot with tomato ketchup and tomato rose.
