Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 g Cubed Paneer
  2. Red,green capsicum 1 cup chopped
  3. Onion 2 chopped
  4. Onion paste. 4 tablespoon
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste. 2 tablespoon
  6. Green chilies paste. 1 tablespoon
  7. Coriander Powder. 1/2 tablespoon
  8. Jeera. 1 teaspoon
  9. Cashew, peanut paste - 6 to 8 table spoon
  10. Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  11. tomatoes 2 chopped
  12. Chili powder 1 tsp
  13. Garam Masala 1 tsp
  14. Pavbhaji masala 1 tablespoon
  15. 3 tbsp Coriander leaves to Garnish
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Fresh cream 1/4 cup
  18. oil 2 tbsp
  19. sugar 1/2 table spoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter cumin seeds. Add ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, saute until translucent
  2. Add tomatoes, capsicums,saute until tomatoes are tender
  3. Add chili paste,onion paste, tomato puree,turmeric,salt, little sugar, Stir for ten minutes
  4. Now add,chilli powder, pavbhaji masala powder ,fried paneer cubes saute for 2 minutes
  5. Add peanut ,cashew nut paste ( 40:60) ratio and saute well,add little butter. Add water if necessary. Bring to boil
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves, fresh cream and serve hot
