Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup paneer crumbled
  2. 1 cup spinach puree
  3. 1 onion finely chopped
  4. 1 tsp peanut paste
  5. 1/2 cup tomato paste
  6. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1/2 cup cooked green peas
  8. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  11. 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala
  12. 1 tsp tomato sauce
  13. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  14. 4 tsp Oil
  15. 1/2 tsp butter
  16. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, splutter cumin seeds
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and onion, stir fry until onions turn light brown.
  3. Add peanut paste and mix well
  4. Add all dry masala powder and saute for 1 min. Add tomato paste, mix and cook for 2 min.
  5. Add spinach paste , paneer and matar and mix well.
  6. Add butter and mix. Simmer and cook for 5 minutes
  7. Serve hot with roti or pulao
