ABOUT Christmas Pancakes RECIPE

I bring you my delicious Christmas Pancakes which are prepared in the most simple yet unique looks.. With the flavors of Old classic 90s, this healthy recipe could be a party stunner or could be a beautiful Christmas Morning Breakfast

Ingredients Serving: 2

1.5 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking powder
4 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs
4 tbsp spinach Paste
1 cup milk
4 tbsp honey for drizzling or as required
For decoration: 4 tbsp Icing Sugar, 2 tsp Sprinklers, 2 Star Anise

Instructions

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix all the wet ingredients together in another bowl
Now mix both of them together till no lumps are visible
Heat a non stick pan. spread butter evenly. Pour ladle of batter and spread lightly
Make pancakes of different sizes so that it can be stacked like Christmas tree. Once pancakes are done, stack them in decreasing order of size on serving plate
Now, drizzle honey over them
Sprinkle icing sugar and the beautiful sprinklers. Serve warm
