Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Palak 200 gm
  2. Green chili 4
  3. Gram flour 4 tbsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  5. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Cumin seeds powder 1 tbsp
  8. Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  9. Chat Masala 1 tbsp
  10. Butter 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Blanch spinach and keep it aside
  2. In a bowl, add wheat flour, chopped green chilies, besan , spices , spinach ,required water, salt , ginger garlic paste and knead dough
  3. Divide dough into equal portions
  4. Roll out into parathas. Heat tawa and roast the parathas
  5. Drizzle butter and cook on both sides until golden brown
  6. Serve hot with curd and pickle
