  1. 4 अॉवला बड़े
  2. 4बड़े च चीनी
  3. 1 चुटकी काला नमक

Instructions

  1. अॉवला को उबाल कर बीज निकाल लेँ
  2. अॉवला की फाँके निकाल कर मोटा मोटा कुचल लेँ
  3. अॉवला मे चीनी मिला कर पकने के लिये रख दें .
  4. कालानमक मिला दें धीरे धीरे पकने दें जब तक चटनी जैसा ना हो जाये
