Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. jhinga - 6-7, cut in rounds
  2. shrimp medium 500 gm
  3. mustard paste 50 gm
  4. salt to taste
  5. red chili 1 tbsp
  6. sugar 1 tsp
  7. garlic paste 1 tsp
  8. turmeric 1 tsp
  9. green chili 2-3, chopped
  10. oil 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate shrimp with salt and turmeric powder for 15 minutes
  2. Heat pan with oil, fry all shrimps until just done. Add garlic paste, jhinga , salt , sugar, chili powder. Mix well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat
  3. Add mustard paste and cook on high heat. Stir constantly until oil starts leaving the sides. Garnish with green chilies and serve
