This pizza made on the tawa is much more tastier and healthier. Made from scratch and loads of cheese.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Whole wheat dough 2 portions
  2. Cheese processed 4 cubes
  3. Sliced onion 1
  4. Sliced capsicum. 1
  5. Shredded cooked chicken 1/2 cup
  6. Pizza sauce 1 tbsp
  7. Chili flakes 1 tbsp
  8. Mixed herbs 1 tbsp
  9. 2 tbsp butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Roll out dough into two chapattis
  2. Lightly roast chapatis on tawa on one side for a min and keep aside.
  3. On a board place the roasted side and spread grated cheese all over. You can add mozzarella cheese also.
  4. Place the other chapatti over it roasted side inwards. Now secure the sides by pressing with a fork.
  5. Place on the tawa and roast for a min. Carefully flip and on the roasted side spread pizza sauce generously, arrange the onions,capsicum,shredded chicken and lots of cheese
  6. sprinkle chilli flakes and herbs. cook on low heat for 2 mins, cover and cook till the base is crisp and cheese melts.
  7. Slice with pizza cutter and serve warm
