ABOUT Hara Chilla RECIPE

When kids don't want to eat green veggies this is best option

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green chutney 5 tbsp
  2. Oil 5 tbsp
  3. Moong dal 1 cup (soaked for 2 hours)
  4. Green Chili 4
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Chat Masala 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Drain excess water . Grind dal to smooth paste
  2. Add ground paste and the rest of ingredients except oil in a bowl. Mix well to form smooth batter
  3. Heat a pan, drizzle oil ,pour ladle of batter and spread evenly
  4. Cook over medium heat until both sides are golden brown and crispy
  5. Serve hot with coriander chutney
