Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Eggs 3, boiled
  2. Onion 1 , chopped
  3. Tomato 1, chopped
  4. Mustard seeds 1 tablespoon
  5. Urad dal 1 tablespoon
  6. Chili powder 2 tablespoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
  8. Chicken Masala 1 tablespoon
  9. Pepper jeera powder 1 tablespoon
  10. Coriander leaves 4 tbsp, chopped
  11. Curry leaves 10-12
  12. Salt as per taste
  13. Water 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Make 4 small slits on each egg, this will help egg to absorb masalas
  2. Heat 1 tsp of oil and add mustard seeds and urad dal,curry leaves and allow mustard seeds to splutter
  3. Saute onion till golden brown. Add tomato,salt,red chili powder,turmeric powder,garam masala or chicken masala,pepper jeera powder and mix well. Saute until tomatoes are tender
  4. Add water and bring to boil. Simmer and cook for 5 minutes. Add eggs and gently mix
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot
