Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For Tikki
  2. 4 Potato , big sized
  3. Peas 1/2 cup , cooked
  4. Carrot 1/4 cup , shredded
  5. 4 - Spinach leaves, blanched
  6. Chopped French beans 1/4 cup , boiled
  7. Onion 1 ,chopped
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Red and black pepper as per taste
  10. Chaat masala as per taste
  11. For green chutney
  12. Raw mango 1/2 ,blanched
  13. Coriander/mint leaves 250 gms
  14. For sweet chutney
  15. Jaggery - 3 tbsp , grated
  16. Tamarind 1/2 cup
  17. For garnishing
  18. Sev 2 tbsp
  19. Raw papaya shredded 1 tsp
  20. Sweet Curd 2 tbsp
  21. 1 tbsp chopped onions
  22. 1 tbsp chopped spring onions

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes and peel. Mash potatoes in a bowl
  2. Add shredded carrots,peas,palak, beans and onions . Mix spice powders and raw mango. Mix well. Divide into equal portions and shape like patties
  3. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Shallow fry patties until golden brown , flip and cook on other side over medium heat. Keep it aside
  4. Grind mint leaves ,dry mango , salt with little water to form green chutney
  5. Mix well tamarind and jaggery to form sweet chutney
  6. Place tikkis on serving plate. Add both the chutneys on top. Add sweet curd on top. Sprinkle some chaat masala,roasted cumin powder. Garnish with little chopped onions, shredded raw papaya, sev and spring onion. Serve immediately
