ABOUT Spring Onion Scrambled eggs RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Spring Onions – 1 bunch, chopped
  2. Eggs – 3
  3. Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
  4. Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
  5. Curry leaves 7-8
  6. Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil – 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Add curry leaves and saute for few seconds
  2. Now add the white part of spring onions. Fry it for a minute and then add the green part of chopped spring onions. Mix well
  3. Add salt, chili powder and saute for 2 minutes
  4. Add eggs and stir fry for 4-5 minutes. Serve warm
