Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 100 ml warm milk
  2. 1 cup maida
  3. 1 tsp sugar
  4. 1 tsp dry yeast
  5. 1 tsp butter
  6. 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar in warm milk and add yeast
  2. Keep aside for 15 minutes. Let yeast froth.
  3. Now,in a bowl, add maida and salt. Mix well
  4. Add yeast mixture in it.mix well. Add butter,knead it well.
  5. It will be sticky but after 10-12 minutes of kneading, it will be smooth. Keep in warm place covered for one hour
  6. After one hour,it will be double in size, take it out on shelf. Punch it.
  7. Now make equal sized balls out of dough and arrange in mould leaving some gap. Keep it covered for 30-40 minutes. Now brush milk on top of buns
  8. Preheat pressure cooker for 15 minutes and put mould in it and cover.bake for 15 minutes on medium high flame
  9. Let it cool and then demould it

Is it true that if once Pressure Cooker is used for Baking purpose then it cannot be used for normal routine cooking ?
