ABOUT Haryali Pav Bhaji RECIPE

this is one of my favorite,generally kids don't want to eat healthy leafy vegetables,and pav bhaji is one of kids favorite dish,so I innovated this recipe,it's really awesome in taste ,you can eat this bhaji with pavs,khakras breads and Parathas too,moreover its very easy to make so come lets give try to this haryali bhaji

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bunch spinach ,blanched and pureed
  2. 250 g raw tomatoes, finely chopped
  3. 250 g potatoes
  4. 100 g green peas
  5. 100 g cauliflower florets
  6. 2 tsp coriander powder
  7. 1 tsp haldi powder
  8. salt to taste
  9. 1 capsicum finely chopped
  10. 2 tbsp butter
  11. 1 onion chopped
  12. 1 tbsp garlic
  13. 1 tbsp green chili paste
  14. 2 tsp lemon juice
  15. 1 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook potatoes,peas and cauliflower until tender
  2. Heat butter in a pan
  3. Add garlic and chili paste . Mix well
  4. Add onions and saute for two minutes
  5. add capsicum , tomatoes and salt. Mix well
  6. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes
  7. Add cooked veggies and mix
  8. Mash veggies well with potato masher
  9. Add spice powders, spinach puree and mix well
  10. Add water if required and mix well
  11. Cook for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice and mix well
  12. Serve hot with dollop of butter with buttered pav/bread
