ABOUT Easy Kale Stir-fry RECIPE

This is an easy quick vegan friendly recipe I have for breakfast weekly.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/2 cup kale, cleaned
  2. 1/4 tsp turmeric
  3. 1/2 tsp basil
  4. 1/2 tsp pink salt
  5. 1/2 tsp chili powder
  6. 1/2 cup chopped onion and garlic
  7. 1/2 cup red bell peppers , chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add chopped onion and peppers, saute for about 3 minutes. 
  2. Add kale, season with chili powder, turmeric, pepper, pink salt, and basil.Mix well
  3. Cook for about 4 minutes and serve hot. Enjoy!
