Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Crabs 1/2 kg
  2. Onion chopped 2
  3. Green 2
  4. Coconut paste 5 tablespoon
  5. 2 Maggi cube
  6. Salt
  7. Oil
  8. Chillies 2
  9. Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Ginger garlic chopped 1 teaspoon
  11. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Chilly paste 1 tablespoon
  13. Cooking cream 4 tablespoon
  14. Tomato 3
  15. Red chilly paste 1 tablespoon
  16. Coriander leaves, to garnish
  17. Curry leaves, a few
  18. Chilli powder, as per your taste

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat oil, add finely chopped ginger garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.
  2. Add chopped onion fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste, red chilli paste, turmeric powder, pepper powder ,chilli powder as per your taste and fry for 1min,
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and coriander leaves fry till the tomatoes gets mashed up then add crabs and toss it for 5 mins.
  4. Add coconut paste, maggi cube, a pinch of sugar and salt to taste.
  5. Lastly add cooking cream&> garnish it with coriander leaves, lemon, green chilli and serve.
