Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Palak 200 gm , blanched and pureed
  2. Potatoes 250 gm, boiled
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  5. Chopped coriander leaves 4 tbsp
  6. Green chili, 2 finely chopped
  7. Corn flour 2 tsp
  8. Jeera powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  10. Oil as required for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl , mix all ingredients together to form smooth dough. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  2. Divide mixture into equal portions and shape as desired
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Shallow fry Kababs over medium heat until golden brown on both sides
  4. Serve hot with sauce or chutney
