Always Amla is good source of vitamin c , it is good for eyesight it is used as jam on bread & easy to give children

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 kg Amla
  2. 750 gm sugar
  3. 2 tsp salt
  4. 2 tsp roasted jeera powder
  5. 1 tsp black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook Amlas for 1-2 whistles until it becomes tender
  2. Remove amla seeds and then blend well
  3. Add sugar ,amla mixture in a pan and cook until it starts thickening
  4. Add salt,roasted jeera ,and black pepper. Mix well. Cool completely. Store in air tight container up to 2-3 months
