Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices - 4 ( chopped into cubes)
  2. Rai/mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
  3. Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  4. Haldi - 1/4 tsp
  5. Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
  6. Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Peas - 1/4 cup ( boiled )
  9. Tomato - 1 small ( chopped )
  10. Cabbage - 1/2 cup ( chopped )
  11. Capsicum - 1/2 ( chopped)
  12. Onion- 1 ( chopped)
  13. Oil - 2 tsp
  14. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add rai and let it crackle Add all veggies except tomatoes
  2. Saute it for 4-5 minutes and then add tomatoes. Cook for another two minutes.
  3. Add all spices and lemon juice . Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add bread pieces and coat them nicely with veggies mix Cook on low flame for one more minute and switch off flame
  5. Ready to serve
