Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Dill leaves finely chopped 1 cup
  2. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/4 cup
  3. Onions finely chopped 1/4 cup
  4. Curry leaves 1/4 cup
  5. Rice flour 3 cups
  6. Sugar 1 tbsp
  7. Green chilies chopped 4
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. Ghee/ butter 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add finely chopped dill leaves, coriander leaves , curry leaves, onions and green chilies. Mix everything well
  2. Now add rice flour, salt and sugar. Mix well and knead to form stiff dough. Add water only if required
  3. Heat tawa , brush with oil and lower the heat
  4. Now gently tap the dough with palms on the tawa to make thin roti. Drizzle ghee or butter on top. Cook on both sides until crisp
  5. Serve warm with ghee and Chutney.
