ABOUT Coriander Dip RECIPE

Green coriander dip is the most basic Indian dip recipe. It can be enjoyed with a variety of dishes such as cutlets, sandwich, vada paw, idli, dosa and many more.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 2 cups coriander leaves
  2. 1 cup mint leaves
  3. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  4. 4 - 5 green chili
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 1/2 inch ginger
  8. 6 - 8 garlic cloves
  9. 3 tbsp yogurt
  10. 3 tbsp fried boondi
  11. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Blend coriander, mint leaves, green chili, lemon juice, ginger, garlic , cumin seeds and little water to a smooth paste.
  2. Add yogurt and the fried boondi to the paste
  3. Now blend again until well combined
  4. Add salt and mix well.
  5. The fresh green coriander dip is ready.
