Ingredients: 250 gm minced mutton; 50 gm urad dal; 50 gm moong dal; 50 gm masoor dal; 50 gm chana dal; 50 gm rice; 4 onions chopped; 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste; 4 green chilies, chopped; Turmeric powder 1 tsp; Red chili powder 1 tsp; Garam masala powder 1 tsp; Salt to taste; Fried onions 1 tbsp; Coriander leaves 3 tbsp chopped; 2 cloves; 3 peppercorns

250 gm minced mutton
50 gm urad dal
50 gm moong dal
50 gm masoor dal
50 gm chana dal
50 gm rice
4 onions chopped
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
4 green chilies, chopped
turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
salt to taste
Fried onions 1 tbsp
coriander leaves 3 tbsp chopped
2 cloves
3 peppercorns

Instructions

In a cooker, add onions, ginger garlic paste, minced mutton, red chili powder and garam masala, green chilies, turmeric powder and salt and 1/2 cup water. Cook till mutton is done
Once steam is released, keep the water and cooked meat separately
Cook the mixed dals and rice along with the meat water. Mix well. Cook till soft and mash it well
Heat oil in pan. Add cooked meat and mix well
Add the dal rice mixture and mix well. Add water if required. Cook on low flame for 20 min.
Garnish with coriander and fried onions
