ABOUT Chocolate Cupcakes RECIPE

Quick and easy one bowl chocolate cupcakes are soft, moist and delicious. They are a great treat for kids!

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour
  2. 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  3. 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  4. 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  5. 1 tsp Baking powder
  6. 1 tsp salt
  7. 3/4 cup buttermilk
  8. 3/4 cup warm water
  9. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  10. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  11. 2 egg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add flour
  2. Add sugar
  3. Add cocoa powder
  4. Add baking powder, baking soda and salt
  5. Mix everything well
  6. Add egg
  7. Add vegetable oil
  8. Add buttermilk
  9. Add vanilla essence
  10. Add warm water
  11. Whisk everything well together
  12. Pour into the muffin mould till half full
  13. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes
  14. Allow it to cool completely
  15. Decorate with preferred buttercream frosting
  16. Serve
