Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Grated Coconut 1/2 cup
  2. Roasted gram 3 tablespoon
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Ginger 1/4 inch
  5. Small onion 2
  6. Cashew 1
  7. Green chili 2
  8. Curry leaves 7-8
  9. Water as required
  10. Mustard seeds 1 tablespoon
  11. Urad dal 1 tablespoon
  12. Hing 1 pinch
  13. 1 tbsp oil

Instructions

  1. Grind coconut,roasted gram,cashew,salt,ginger,small onion,green chili to smooth chutney
  2. Heat oil in small pan, splutter Mustard seeds. Add urad dal,curry leaves and hing. Saute until dal turn golden brown.
  3. Add the seasoning to chutney and mix well. Serve with idli/dosa
