Hari Bhari roti is very healthy flavourful and full of nutrients..We can eat it in lunch or dinner.you do'nt require anything else as it is quite filling .Do try as it tastes awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour1/2cup
  2. Besan 1/4 cup
  3. chopped Spinach,Dil and Fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup
  4. Boiled and mashed Peas and Capsicum 1/2cup
  5. oil2tsp
  6. Coriander leaves 2tsp
  7. Mint powder 1tsp
  8. kasturi Methi 2tsp
  9. Cashew nut powder 2tsp
  10. salt to taste
  11. Green chilli paste 1tsp
  12. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  14. Chat masala1tsp
  15. Sesame seeds 2tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix both flor ,leafy vegetables ,peas and capsicum,
  2. Add spices,oil and make a dough
  3. Divide dough into 2portions and roll the dough
  4. Roast the Roti on griddle.
  5. coriander chutney-Mix coriander green chillies salt cumin and hing and blend in mixi.Mix lemon juice
