Ingredients to make Baby Corn Fried Rice

  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 8 -10 baby corns, chopped
  • 1/4 cup capsicum, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp sping onion, whites
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup spring onion, greens
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Baby Corn Fried Rice

  1. BOIL 2 CUPS WATER. ADD CHOPPED BABY CORNS
  2. COVER AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES
  3. DRAIN THE WATER COMPLETELY AND KEEP IT ASIDE
  4. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER
  5. ADD 1 TBSP SPRING ONION WHITES
  6. ADD 1 TBSP GARLIC
  7. SAUTE THEM ON HIGH HEAT FOR 2 MINUTES
  8. ADD 1/4 CUP CAPSICUM
  9. SAUTE IT FOR FEW SECONDS
  10. ADD BLANCHED BABY CORNS
  11. SAUTE ON HIGH HEAT FOR 2 MINUTES
  12. ADD 2 TBSP SPRING ONIONS GREENS AND MIX
  13. ADD 1 TSP SOYA SAUCE
  14. ADD 2 TSP WHITE PEPPER POWDER
  15. MIX THEM WELL
  16. ADD COOKED RICE AND SALT
  17. MIX WELL
  18. ADD 1 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  19. ADD 2 TBSP SPRING ONIONS
  20. MIX THEM GENTLY
  21. BABY CORN FRIED RICE IS READY. SERVE IT HOT
