Chicken Pan Pizza

Ingredients to make Chicken Pan Pizza

  • Pizza Base - 1 store bought
  • chicken boneless - 12-15 cubes
  • butter - 1 tbsp + for greasing the pizza pan
  • chilly flakes - 1 tsp
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • Cracked peppercorns - 1/4 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • onion - 3 tbsp cubed
  • capsicum - 3 tbsp sliced
  • tomato - 5 slices
  • Processed cheese - 2 tbsp grated
  • Mozzarella cheese - 1/4 cup grated
  • Pizza sauce - 2 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp chilly flakes and oregano for garnish

How to make Chicken Pan Pizza

  1. ADD 12-15 BONELESS CHICKEN CUBES, 1/4 TSP CRACKED PEPPERCORNS, 1 TSP CHILLY FLAKES, SALT IN A BOWL
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP OREGANO, MIX WELL AND KEEP CHICKEN ASIDE FOR 5-10 MINS.
  3. HEAT 1 TBSP BUTTER IN A PAN AND ADD THE CHICKEN
  4. SAUTE OVER HIGH HEAT FOR ABOUT 5 MINS AND ON MEDIUM HEAT FOR ANOTHER 5-8 MINS.
  5. MIX CHICKEN, 3 TBSP ONION AND 3 TBSP CAPSICUM IN A BOWL AND KEEP IT ASIDE
  6. GREASE THE PAN WITH BUTTER.
  7. PLACE PIZZA BASE IN PAN AND SPREAD 2 TBSP PIZZA SAUCE EVENLY OVER IT.
  8. SPRINKLE 1 TBSP GRATED PROCESSED CHEESE 2 TBSP GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
  9. SPREAD CHICKEN MIXTURE ALL OVER THE PIZZA BASE.
  10. LAYER 5 TOMATO SLICES RANDOMLY.
  11. SPRINKLE REMAINING GRATED PROCESSED CHEESE AND GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE.
  12. COVER AND COOK OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR 5-8 MINS TILL CHEESE COMPLETELY MELTS. GARNISH WITH OREGANO, CHILI FLAKES. SLICE AND SERVE
